As Director of Land Acquisition, Danny leads Clay Residential’s acquisition efforts and is instrumental in expanding our footprint across the Houston region. In addition to sourcing and securing new development opportunities, he also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic land positioning that supports the company’s long-term growth.

With over 13 years of experience in real estate, Danny has developed a broad and versatile background that spans construction, sales, sales management, project management, and land acquisition. His expertise covers both traditional single-family residential and active adult communities, with a strong concentration in the Houston market.

In 2023, Danny was honored as one of Baytown’s “40 Under 40,” recognizing his leadership, professional accomplishments, and impact within the community.
