Erykah leads community operations and performance strategy across Clay Residential’s build-to-rent portfolio. Since joining in 2023, she has focused on delivering exceptional service, enhancing the resident experience, and supporting the company’s communities and investor relations.
With more than a decade of experience in multifamily and single-family property management, Erykah has overseen multi-million-dollar assets and built systems that drive operational consistency. She began as a top-performing onsite leader and quickly expanded into multi-site oversight, improving team performance across lease-ups, transitional properties, and underperforming communities.
