As VP of Construction Operations, Sam is responsible for bringing Clay Residential’s vision of providing quality homes and an exceptional living experience to life. He negotiates and acquires the best-in-class products and services needed to build our homes while managing, mentoring, and directing the company’s construction superintendents and trade partners.

With nearly 25 years in the industry, Sam has held multiple positions with some of the largest homebuilders in the nation, including Toll Brothers and Emerald Homes by DR Horton. With his extensive background in Construction Management, Purchasing Management, Sales Management, and Customer Service, Sam has developed innovative systems that help guide and streamline Clay Residential’s productivity and processes.
