Sean Nelson joined Clay Residential in 2022 as part of the construction purchasing team and quickly became a key contributor within the organization. As he took on increasing responsibility, Sean streamlined essential processes and was later elevated to lead the department as Purchasing Manager.

In 2025, Sean transitioned to lead Willow Asset Management’s Investor Services function where he coordinates with investor clients through all aspects of their ownership experience. As the primary point of communication, he ensures every interaction remains clear, professional, and aligned with the company’s commitment to strong, long-term investor relationships. His adaptability, willingness to take on new challenges, and dedication to excellence have supported his continued growth within the company.

Before joining Clay Residential, Sean began his career in Houston as an estimator for multimillion‑dollar concrete projects, where he developed a strong foundation in construction operations, cost analysis, and project coordination. Sean earned his Construction Science degree from Texas A&M in 2019.
